The 40 year old man arrested yesterday by police investigating the double failed bomb attack near Derry City Council offices in September last year has been released unconditionally.
The 40-year-old was detained by detectives from PSNI’s Serious Crime Branch in the Co. Antrim area yesterday morning and taken to Antrim Serious Crime Suite for questioning.
The arrest came 24 hours after police renewed their appeal for information about the attempted bombings.
