Police in Strabane have uncovered a “cannabis factory” in the Castlederg area.

The PSNI have been praised by the SDLP in Strabane for discovering the find.
A party spokesperson said: “This was good investigative work by the officers involved who, acting with some information, utilised other agencies to identify the suspected property.”
As well as a number of cannabis plants, police also seized equipment required to set up as “growing operation.”
