Reports are coming in of a person being injured in a suspected gas explosion in the Waterside area of Derry.

Householders have been moved from Bond Street which has been sealed off.
Firefighters from Crescent Link fire station are at the scene and police are diverting traffic from area.
It is understood a number of buildings in the area are currently undergoing refurbishment work.
The injured person has been taken to hospital following the blast which occurred shortly after 11.30pm. Their condition is not known.
