A 28 year old man is expected to appear at Derry Magistrates Court tomorrow charged with assault, dangerous driving and driving while unfit.
The charges are believed to be related to incident in the Ballyarnett area of Derry last night in which a car crashed into a house in Cornshell Fields.
No one was injured in the collision.
