No one was injured in what has been described as a “small fire” which occurred in a city centre flat earlier this evening.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Fire Service said a small blaze had been extinguished by the time fire crews had arrived at the scene shortly after 5.30pm.
The incident occurred in Castle Street which was sealed off for a brief period.
As a precaution, an ambulance was called to the scene but was not required.
