Planners have refused permission for the construction of Derry’s first unattended 24-hour filling station.
Lissan Coal Company Limited is looking to build the development on the junction of Rossdowney Road and Crescent Link.
Plans include a canopy, five fuel dispensers, underground fuel tanks and upgrade of associated site works and boundaries.
In refusing the application, planners said it was contrary to planning policy.
The matter is due to be debated tomorrow by members of Derry City Council’s planning committee.
