Detectives in Derry are appealing for information following an accident in which a man was injured after a car crashed into a wall.
Following the collision, which occurred in Academy Road shortly after 7.00pm last night, a 26-year-old man attended Altnagelvin Hospital for injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
A police spokesperson said it was believed there may have been two other men in the car at the time of the crash.
The spokesperson said police want to hear from anyone who noticed a silver Ford Focus car between Barrack Street and Academy Road, or anyone who knows anything about the incident, to contact CID in Strand Road Police Station on 0845 600 8000.
Or if someone would prefer to provide information without giving their details, they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers and speak to them anonymously on 0800 555 111.
