WorldHost training has offered the skills and competencies to frontline staff across the city the expertise in dealing with customers funded by the Northern Ireland Tourist Board and Department for Employment and Learning.
The city is now in a bid to become the first WorldHost destination city by encouraging additional businesses to join up.
