Shoppers heading into Derry city centre on Sundays have been reminded to a change to parking arrangements in the run-up to Christmas.
Sinn Féin Councillor Colly Kelly said he wanted to make everyone “mindful” that there is a charge for using car parks in the city centre during November and December.
Councillor Kelly said “I would just like to warn people not to get caught out with parking fines over the next two months.”
He concluded: “In the run up to Christmas these car parks on Sundays are always very busy so I would urge people to check the signage and the correct parking charges.”
