Firefighters in Derry have attended two flat fires in the city in less than seven hours.
No one was injured in either incident although one person had to be treated for the effects of smoke inhalation.
In the latest incident, three fire crews attended a blaze which started in a second floor flat in Francis Street shortly before 2.30am this morning.
Two breathing apparatus search teams checked the building to ensure everyone had left the building before extinguishing the fire.
In the first incident, a man was treated for the effects of smoke inhalation following a fire in a flat in the Glen area.
Fire crews from Northland Road and Crescent Link stations attended the blaze which broke in first floor flat in Glenvale Park at around 8.00pm.

The fire, which had started in an electrical fuse box, was brought under control and after the premises were cleared of smoke by a “Positive Ventilation” fan, residents were allowed to return to their properties.
