Three people were taken to hospital following an accident in the Waterside area of Derry this morning.
Firefighters used cutting equipment to free a 37-year-old man from a car after it was in collision with a jeep on Dungiven Road at around 6.15am.
The man was taken to hospital for treatment for injuries which are thought not to be life-threatening.
Two other men who suffered shock were also taken to hospital by ambulance.
Police have appealed any witnesses to the accident to get in contact with them.
