The Western Health Trust is offering new personal development programmes for unpaid/informal carers in Derry, Strabane, Omagh and Fermanagh.
Starting next month the programmes, provided in partnership by MeUnLtd, will offer carers the opportunity to take part in special programmes: “It’s All About Me, Reach Me and Short Respite Breaks.”
The programmes have been designed to be challenging, stimulating, thought provoking, but most of all fun – providing much needed respite from the often demanding role as a carer.
