Derry have named their team to play Armagh in the final of the Ó Fiaich to be played in Crossmaglen at 2.30pm on Sunday.
Derry defeated Louth 3-11 to 2.10 and recorded a narrow victory over Down on a scoreline of 1-11 to 1-10 to reach the final.
The Derry team is as follows:
Thomas Mallon; Declan Brown, Mickey McShane, Dermot McBride; Kevin Johnston, Charlie Kielt, Sean Leo McGoldrick; Niall Holly, Emmet Bradley; Carlus McWilliams, Niall McFeely, Benny Heron; Ciaran McGoldrick, Emmett McGuckin, James Kearney.
Substitutes: Eoin Mc Nicholl, Oisin Duffy, Ciaran Conway, Mark Craig, Karl McKaigue, Peter Cassidy, Aaron Kerrigan, Cailean O’Boyle, Anthony O’Neill, James Kielt.
The inter-county competition is named after the late Cardinal Tomas O’Fiaich, a native of the Crossmaglen area.
The first year it was held was 1985 but faded out in the late 1990s.
Played for by the counties within the archdiocese of Armagh, the parishes included a portion of Tyrone in Aghaloo, Errigal Ciaran, Beragh and Killeeshil, continuing up to Pomeroy, Termonmaguirc and Donaghmoyne, and eastwards to Dungannon, Eglish, Moy, to the loughshore with Ardboe, Clonoe and Coalisland.
Its revival saw Derry joined by Louth, Down and Armagh with all games played in Crossmaglen and the Athletic Grounds in Armagh.
