Two women were taken to hospital following a collision between two cars in Limavady late last night.
Firefighters using cutting gear had to free a 46-year-old woman who had become trapped in one of the vehicles involved in the collision which occurred in James Valley shortly before midnight.
The woman, along with another female who freed herself from the car, was taken by ambulance to hospital for treatment.
The condition of both women is not known but their injuries are not thought to be life-threatening.
