A 21-year-old man has been charged with a number of drugs offences including intent to supply.
The man was arrested following the police search of a house in Rossdale Park in the Waterside area of Derry.
He has been charged with a number of offences including possession of class B drugs, possession with intent to supply class B drugs, supplying class B controlled drugs and also possessing articles which infringe copyright.
He is due to appear at Magistrates Court in the morning.
A 42 year old woman who was also arrested has since been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
