Derry boxing great Neil McLaughlin has been laid to rest.
Neil, who represented Ireland at the 1972 Olympic Games in Munich, died on Monday. He was 65.
A lifelong republican, his Tricolour-draped coffin was taken from his home at Ardnamoyle Park in Shantallow at 9.30am this morning for 10.00am Requiem Mass in Our Lady of Lourdes, Steelstown.
Deputy First Minister Martin McGuinness was among those who helped carry the coffin.
