Police in Derry are appealing for information about two attempted burglaries which occurred in the city earlier this month.
The first incident occurred on the night of Thursday 19 December when it was reported that sometime around 11.00pm an attempt was made to enter a unit in the Skeoge Industrial Estate.
Damage was caused to fibre optic cables at the premises causing loss of broadband services to a large number of customers in the area.
The second incident occurred on the morning of Friday 20 December in The Manse area.
It was reported that sometime around 6.15am the rear door of a house in the area was smashed and an attempt made to enter the property.
A male youth waering a dark coloured hooded top was seen in the area a short time later.
