Derry trail Fermanagh by two points at half-time in their N Power Dr McKenna Cup game at Owenbeg.
Playing with a strong breeze, Fermanagh register an early point before Aaron Keegan finds the back of the net to leave the score at 1-3 to 0-1 to the home side after just three minutes.
However, the Derry lead lasts only five minutes as a Seamus Quigley goal on eight minutes puts Fermanagh back in the lead.
After the visitors extend their lead with a point, two points from Aaron Kerrigan levels the sides before Sean Quigley puts the Erne back in front on 24 minutes with another goal for the visitors.
Points from Emmett McGuckin and Kevin Johnston reduce the deficit to a point before Fermanagh reply to go in at half time leading on a scoreline of 1-04 to 2-03.
