Members of the Derry-based Destined group at a meeting in Stormont with Agricultural and Rural Development Minister Michelle O’Neill, MLA, and Derry MLA Maeve McLaughlin, chairperson of the Stormont Health Committee.
Established in August 2002, Destined is a voluntary charitable organisation with two centres – one in Great James Street in Derry and one in Feeny – that seeks to address the needs of people with learning disabilities in a whole life context.
