This is Shaun Kelly, the man accused of causing the death of eight men by dangerous driving in a horrific road crash three-and-a-half years ago.
The 24-year-old, from Hillhead, Buncrana is pictured leaving Letterkenny Circuit Court yesterday after the case against him was adjourned.
The case relates to a collision near Drumfries in Inishowen on 11 July 2010 which claimed the lives of eight men.
They were: Hugh Friel (66), Urris, Clonmany; Eamon McDaid (22), Ballymagan, Buncrana; Mark McLaughlin, (21), Ballinahone, Fahan; Paul Doherty (19), Ardagh, Ballyliffin; Ciaran Sweeney (19), Ballyliffin; PJ McLaughlin (21), Rockstown, Burnfoot; James McEleney (23), Meenaduff, Clonmany and Damien McLaughlin (21), Umricam, Buncrana.
The case against Kelly was put back to 1 April next after the court was told he was still undergoing psychiatric assessment.
