The Humdinger Festival, which returns to Derry to run from Monday to Saturday 24-29 March next, will showcase a series of fun, family-friendly and innovative events across the city.
Throughout the six days, children will get the chance to meet their favourite authors and illustrators and take part in exciting events that will fire their imagination and inspire a love of reading.
Among the visitors will be Oliver Jeffers who will host some extra special events.

He has also created a picture book series starring The Hueys (The New Jumper, It Wasn’t Me and None the Number) and illustrated The Day The Crayons Quit, a number one New York Times bestseller.
He has exhibited art all over the world, is highly sought after as a commercial artist, and has recently directed the video for the BAFTA- winning song from U2, Ordinary Love. Born in Australia and raised in Belfast, Oliver now lives and works in Brooklyn, New York.
