Ulster Inter-Provincial manager Joe Kernan has named three Derry players in his Ulster squad for the clash against Leinster on Sunday in Navan.
Chrissy McKaigue, James Kielt and Sean Leo McGoldrick have been selected by the former All-Ireland winning Armagh manager after Derry’s impressive start in the National Football League Division One which has seen the draw with Tyrone and beat Kerry.
The trio will be hoping they can force their way into Kernan’s starting line-up when they face off with the best Leinster has to offer at 2.00pm on Sunday in Navan.
Earlier this week, McGoldrick’s performance for the Oak Leaf County in the win over Kerry in Killarney earned him a place in the hoganstand.com “team of the week.”
