A 27-year-old Derry woman is awaiting sentencing after admitting stealing over £19,000 from the church where she acted as honorary treasurer.
Lyndsey Bredin, of Primary Crescent, Newbuildings pleaded guilty to stealing credit balances totalling £19,200 from Culmore Parish Church between 14 January and 17 October 2011 when she appeared at Derry Crown Court.
She was remanded on bail to appear at the same court on 28 February next.
