Local schoolchildren have taken part in a Young Enterprise Food and Drink Masterclass held as part of the city’s Enterprise Week.
The event, held in St Mary’s College, is part of a week-long programme of events running until this Friday at which a host of top industry figures across all sectors will be on hand to support and advise both established and emerging businesses.
Pupils taking part in the Masterclass were shown how to develop new and exciting ideas from food and drink products as well as pitch to business volunteers from food and drink Industry.
