Derry school girl Rachael O’Connor will tonight go head-to-head with a fellow member of Team Kylie in her bid to get through to the next round of the television talent show “The Voice.”
The 16-year-old had pop superstar Kylie Minogue in a spin with her rendition of Emile Sande’s “The Clown” in the “blind auditions.”
Tonight, the Limavady Grammar School pupil will face a sing-off with a fellow team member chosen by the Aussie star.
Rachael has been installed as favourite to win this year’s series.
Bookies William Hill has the singer as 5/1 favourite to win the BBC talent show ahead of Sophie May Williams, the second favourite at 6/1.
The Irish singer, 16, who describes herself as ‘bubbly, giggly and happy’ is part of pint-sized pop idol Kylie Minogue’s team.
Emily Adams is the least likely to win the show, according to the bookmaker, with odds of 20/1.
Tonight’s show will be screened on BBC One at 7.00pm.
