Barbara Caracciola, from Texas, stopping off at the Culture Wall on a walking tour of Derry as part of her prize as the overall winner of the Tourism Ireland Cultural Wall Competition.
Barbara was randomly chosen from over 27,000 people who uploaded their profile using a unique facebook app.
The Culture Wall artwork, unveiled outside the Primark building last year, is the work of local artist Donmall Starkie.
The prize courtesy of Tourism Ireland brought the winner and a friend to Ireland, included return flights from Belfast International Airport, five nights’ accommodation at the 4* City Hotel, dinner for two at a top Derry restaurant of their choice and a range of tours of the city and the North Coast.
Barbara has travelled with her daughter, Angie, and will stay until Thursday when she will return to Texas after her five day trip.
