Finn Harps continued their excellent start to the new Airtricity Division One season with an emphatic 5-0 victory over Cobh RamHarps almost went ahead in the 10th minute but Ruairi Keating’s effort following a corner was blocked.
Keating almost scored again 10 minutes later when he got on to the end of a Pat McCann pass inside the box but his effort was deflected away for a corner.
The home side took the lead in the 29th minute when James Doherty put the ball in the back of the net following a goalmouth scramble.
Second half goals from Tiofack (48), McCann (66 and 70) and Keating (88) wrapped up a comprehensive victory which sees Harps on top of Division One.
