Derry travel to St Conleth’s GAA Grounds in Newbridge today to take on Kildare in Division 2A of the National Hurling League (throw-in 2.00pm).
Derry are out of contention for league honours and team boss Ger Rogan has made several changes to the starting line-up but is not taking today’s clash lightly, especially with an encounter with Kerry in the pipeline.
With Kildare yet to record a win in the league, Derry will go into the game slight favourites.
