The scene at Creggan Road earlier tonight.
A security alert which had closed one of Derry’s busiest roads earlier tonight has ended.
Police had sealed off a section of Creggan Road known locally as the “bywash,”
Police have yet to say what caused the alert.
The Creggan Road has been reopened.
