Brian McIver has made wholesale changes for Derry’s trip to Castlebar for this afternoon’s National Football League Division One clash with Mayo (throw-in 3.00pm).
With a semi-final place at Croke Park already secured, McIver is using the final game in Division One to experiment with the remainder of his squad.
Emmett McGuckin is the only survivor from last week-s win over Kildare, the Magherafelt man moving from full-foward to midfield.
Danny Heavron is set to return after a year-long absence with injury whilst Karl McKaigue is handed a league debut at corner back.
