For sale: Foyleside Shopping Centre.
Foyleside Shopping Centre in Derry is reportedly up for sale.
The complex is a one of the North’s best known complexes on the market in a deal that could be worth up to £750 million.
The Derry centre, along with Forestside in south Belfast and the Abbey Centre in Newtownabbey, are all for sale, according to Property Week magazine.
The other properties involved are the Marshes Centre in Dundalk, County Louth, Palace Exchange in Enfield, greater London, the Avenue shopping centre in Newton Mearns, Glasgow, Priory Meadow in Hastings, East Sussex and the Fosse Shopping Park in Leicester.
