A 30-year-old man has appeared at Derry Magistrates Court charged with breaching a Sexual Offences Prevention Order.
John Christopher Temple, of Maureen Avenue in the city, is charged with being in possession a computer with internet capacity in a domestic setting, an act he was prohibited from performing under the 2003 Sexual Offences Act.
The offence is alleged to have occurred at Maureen Avenue on 2 February this year.
Temple was released on bail to appear in court again on 29 May next.
