The Environmental Health Department of Strabane District Council is to run a training course later this month for local caterers which is aimed at helping them to prepare nutritious food, develop healthy recipes and respond to customer concerns and questions.
The course, which is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, will take place in the local Council Offices on 15, 22 and 29 May 2014 from 10.00am until 1.00pm on each of the three days.
Candidates will be required to complete a one hour examination paper on the last day of the course.
It costs just £10 and anyone requiring more details about the course should contact Colette or Julie in the Environmental Health Department on 02871 381311 or alternatively by e-mail [email protected].
