The circumstances surrounding the death of a man who fell while working on a roof on a building in Co Derry is being investigated by the Health and Safety Executive Northern Ireland (HSENI).
Michael Cassidy, a retired building, died after falling from a roof he was working on in Clady.
An experienced builder, Mr Cassidy had helped build churches, public buildings and a hospital throughout his working life.
There was a large turnout at his funeral which took place in St Olver Plunkett Church in Greenlough.
The HSENI confirmed it was investigating the circumstances surrounding the tragedy.
