Doire Colmcille players and management wish good luck to club player, Dean Curran, who is part of the Derry county minor squad for this Sunday’s Ulster Championship clash with Donegal.
The Colmcille senior team suffered a setback at the weekend when they were heavily defeated by Moneymore who are unbeaten in the league so far.
Colmcille were without a number of key players through injury and exam pressures.
However, coach, Brian Duffy has urged all players to step up work at training to prepare for the next game against Magilligan next week.
Training for the club’s underage girls’ team continues at St Columb’s college on Wednesday nights at 7.00pm.
Players should bring boots for training on the grass pitches.
A number of Doire Colmcille kit bags are available for purchase at £20 each.
Further details from club chairman, Mark Higgins.
