A masked man got away with a sum of money during a robbery at a takeaway restaurant in Strabane last night.
The man entered the premises in Bridge Street at approximately 9.55pm, carrying an unknown object in his hand.
After pointing to the till, he made off with a sum of cash.
No one was injured in the incident.
The raider is described as being between 5′ and 5’2″ tall and was wearing a light grey hooded top with a long black jumper below it.
A PSNI spokesperson asked anyone with any information about the incident to contact CID in Strabane Police Station on the non-emergency 101 telephone number.
