Derry City trail Dundalk 1-0 at half-time their EA Sports Cup quarter-final clash at Brandywell.
David McMillan put the visitors in front in the 28th minute when he smashed the ball into the top corner from the edge of the box after being set up by Ciaran O’Connor.
Prior to that, Raymond Foy – one of a number of changes in City’s starting line-up from Friday’s 2-0 win over Drogheda – wasted the chance to put the home side in front but shot straight at Sava in the 15th minute.
