Victoria Road between Craigavon Bridge and Newbuildings will be closed to all traffic from 7.30am to facilitate the start and early stages of the event.
Buses will operate for race participants between the Foyleside East car park and the Everglades Hotel start line from 6:30am until 7:30am – last bus 7.15am.
