One of television’s most glamorous police women will be in Derry next week to star in a comedy drama being staged in the city’s Millennium Forum.
Kim Tiddy, best known for setting hearts aflutter as PC Honey Harman in The Bill – a role she played for four years – will star in the comedy drama, “Boeing, Boeing,” which will take to the stage of the Derry theatre on Friday and Saturday, 13 and 14 June next, the only Irish dates on its current tour.
Written by French playwright, “Boeing, Boeing” follows Bernard, a successful architect living in Paris, who thinks he can easily cope as he juggles three flight attendant fiancées successfully convincing each that she is the only one.
Fans of the Channel Four soap, Hollyoaks, will also recognise Tiddy as the strong, glamorous ex-model and WAG, Heidi Costello.
Also featuring is Zoie Kennedy who, despite her theatre background, is best known for her role as Staff Nurse Meryl Taylor in ITV’s nostalgic drama “The Royal,” for which she was nominated for Best Newcomer at the 2003 National Television Awards.
Her other television appearances include Doctors, Holby City, Emmerdale and Heartbeat.
Tickets are now available from the Forum Box Office, telephone 71 264455 or visit www.millenniumforum.co.uk.
Opening night offer – All tickets £12.50.
