Derry City Council is expected to give the green light for traffic calming measures to be implemented in three streets in the district.
At their monthly meeting this afternoon, councillors will get see plans by Roads Service to introduce accident and speeding reducing schemes at Creggan Heights and Eastway Gardens in Creggan as well as Ardan Road in Culmore.
The Ardan Road scheme will feature “cushion type, flap top humps” as well as a “speed table.”
The Creggan Heights and Eastway Gardens schemes will feature “cushion type vertical deflection measures.”
