A rally is to be held in Derry city centre tomorrow night in support of the people of Palestine.
Ógra Shinn Féin Doire says it is holding the demonstration to show solidarity to the Palestinians in the wake of what it describes as the “ongoing onslaught” on the people of Gaza and the young Palestinian boy Mohammed Abu Khdeir who was “burned to death” by Israeli extremists and his 15-year-old cousin, American student Tariq Abu Khdeir, who was beaten by Israeli police.
Michael McCrossan, chairperson of Ógra Shinn Féin in Derry, encouraged “as many people as possible” to go along to tomorrow night’s demonstration which will take place at the Guildhall at 7.00pm.
