Police are investigating the cause of a fire at house in Strabane in the early hours of this morning.
Fire crews from Strabane and Newtownstewart stations responded to a report of a fire at an end-terraced house on the Ballycolman estate.
A neighbour was alerted to the blaze by a smoke alarm.
A spokesperson for the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service said police were asked to attend as the cause appeared to be deliberate.
