The tried and tested pairing of Graham Hepburn (6) and Vincent Devenny (8) once again topped the leaderboard in the Open Fourball Betterball played at City of Derry Golf Club yesterday.
Taking advantage of the relatively benign early weather, the duo had 46 points to secure a narrow tie-breaking win over recently crowned Spanish Tour champion Eamon McCourt (10) who was helped considerably by his long time playing partner Sean Coyle (20).
