It took a countback to separate the top two scores in Sunday’s 4BBB at North West Golf Club at Lisfannon, with two teams finishing on 63 nett,
Despite having only two birdies on their card, Charlie Doherty (4) and Sean Bridge (6) dove-tailed well for a one under gross 69 and a nett 63.
Unfortunatly, for Charlie and Sean, regular playing partners Jackie Boyce (8) and Derek McDowell(9) had a great front nine of 33 nett and followed that up with a superb back nine of 30 nett to take firrst place.
