Police in Derry are investigating an incident in the city in which masked gang, armed with a baseball bat and possible firearm, force their way into a house in the Ballymagroarty area.
The incident occurred at a house at MacGill Court at around 11.30pm on Thursday last.
No one in the house was assaulted or injured.
A PSNI spokesperson asked anyone with any information about the incident or anyone who saw any suspicious activity in the area to contact CID in Strand Road Police Station on the non emergency 101 telephone number.
