A panel discussion on the topic “We will have a sustainable peace in Ireland when we cherish our children more than we value our past” will take place in Derry tomorrow night.
Chaired by Paul O’Connor from the Pat Finucane Centre, those taking part will include Brian Dougherty, director of St Columb’s Park House in Derry, Rev. Dr. Lesley Carroll, minister at Fortwilliam and Macrory Presbyterian Church and Pádraig Mac Lochlainn, Sinn Fein TD for Donegal North East, the party’s spokesperson on Justice, Equality and Defence and chairperson of the Oireachtas Public Services Oversight and Petitions Committee.
Being held as part of Feile 2014, the event will take place at 7.30pm in the Nerve Centre in Magazine Street.
