Police in Derry hunting a man following an armed robbery of a filling station just across the border in Inishowen.
A cross-border hunt was launched after a staff member was forced to hand over £1,000 at the Texaco filling station in Muff.
The staff member was uninjured but was was left badly shaken by the ordeal during which he was threatened with a long-bladed knife.
Owner Colm McKenna has offered a reward of £1,000 for any information following the incident which occurred shortly before 5.30pm yesterday.
The robber, described as being six feet tall and who was wearing a high viz jacket, escaped in a white Transit van which was later found abandoned in Carnhill in Derry.
