Two goals from Jordan Loftus earned Finn Harps a deserved win over Waterford United in their Airtricity First Division clash at the Regional Sports Centre tonight.
Loftus deservedly put the Harps in front in the 16th minute, beating two players to curl the ball past United goalkeeper Gerard Connor.
He got his second and doubled the advantage 20 minutes later.
Pat McCann had a chance to put Ollie Horgan’s side out of sight three minutes into the second half but his shot was blocked.
The delighted Horgan who was missing five first team regulars due to suspensions and injuries.
