William Doherty: found safe and well.
Missing Derry man William Doherty located, police have confirmed.
The family of the 86-year-old, from Culmore, and police had expressed concern for his welfare after he was last seen at the bottom of Glenshane Road at around 4.15pm yesterday.
A PSNI spokesperson said: “Missing person 86 year old William Doherty, who has been missing since 20 August 2014 has been found safe and well.”
