Finn Harps advanced to the quarter-final of the FAI Cup after an impressive 2-1 away victory over fancied Wexford Youths.
The Ballybofey side made it through to the last eight of the competition after a solid display at Ferrycarrig Park.
Goals from Thomas McGonagle in the 23d minute and Michael Funston in the 76th minute put Harps in the driving seat.
The home side managed to pull one back through Dean Broaders in the 89th minute to leave a nervous finish.
But Harps held their nerve and progress through to the last eight as they bid to win the trophy – their only success at senior level – they last won in 1974.
